For account help, a privacy request, an incorrect product record, or a problem using Kiri, email connor.si.deng@gmail.com. Include the product barcode and your country when reporting catalogue data. Do not email photos of your face, skin, or scalp.

Account and privacy

The account page lets signed-in users export their data or permanently delete their account and associated records. You can also read the privacy policy and terms of use without signing in.

Safety

Kiri provides cosmetic information only. For a reaction or a health concern, stop using the product and contact a qualified clinician, pharmacist, or local emergency service as appropriate.
